Uh...ok. Let's see...

1. I play the tin whistle sometimes. If you know what that is, I love you. If you know what that is and don't think it's a 'legitimate' instrument because you can't play them at school, go shove your head in a bowl of camel drool.

2.  My best friend and I have written a novel. I'd love to say it was finished, but editing is a bitch...

3. One of my dreams is to travel the world and give inspirational talks to people. Just freaking because.

4. I have two dogs. One of them is a bernese mtn. dog mutt and is pretty darn smart, never falls for the same trick twice, but always ignores me when I call him because apparently in his mind I'm lower than him in the pack. Thanks, Cooper. The other one is Bailey, a golden retriever with friggin' champion show parents...and he is honestly the stupidest animal I've ever had the pleasure/misfortune of having to raise from a puppy (Dumb blonde much?). To this day, whenever I'm at my mom's house I am never ALONE because this dog follows me everywhere, to the extent that he lays in front of the bathroom door and whines if I'm "taking too long."
(...I think it's amusing that both of my dogs are named after medieval things without my parent's realizing. Cooper = barrel maker. Bailey= basically the castle lawn.)

5. I am going to major in Anthropology.

6. Right now, the days are longer, and that means my cockatiel is in bitch mode. This means she huddles in a corner all day, screams and hisses at everyone who passes by, and poops out ten eggs. Then, she proceeds to guard these eggs for three months, even though they are infertile ('tiels are like chickens, they can lay eggs without doing the deed).  

7. I think the school system in America sucks balls. I also think the food system in America sucks balls. I also think that we are living overly-complicated lives and basically bending to big business's every beck and call at the cost of our happiness. USA is not the happiest country, you know. That's because having money and 'stuff' and having the "most productive" people and the "smartest" children (even though we don't rank #1 in either, we have one of the longest work hours in the world, and we only seem to value sciencey and mathey shit in this place. why? because it's productive. For the big businesses.) DOES NOT equal happiness. We've learned this the hard way, and now we're paying for it. But (even though I know it takes time) we're not doing much about it (save for maybe the school system), because we seem to all be afraid of change and obsessed with tradition and productivity and FOR SOME RIDONKULOUS REASON everything has to be black and white, one side or the other. Not enough people pay attention to gray area, and if you have an opinion in the gray area, you're seen as weak for some reason!? And you know what else reeeaaally bothers me? That most people only care what flippin' political party a candidate is, instead of worrying about, you know, what is BEST FOR AMERICA?
Cool, America. Cool. Right now? I don't want anything to do with you. *Goes to pout in a corner*

8. I HAVE BEEN ON AN ART/WRITING BLOCK FOR MONTHS AND ITS DRIVING ME INSANE. HELPSOMEBODYHELP.

9. Even though it probably doesn't seem like it from this list, I am actually highly spiritual and humanitarian.

10. The Portal games are my most recent obsession. But I fear for the future of my other game obsession, Assassin's Creed, because now Ubisoft is pooping out one game per year which is usually NOT GOOD when it comes to quality and giving-a-shit.
